Nepal & India
An amazing opportunity to travel to India in early 2012 presented itself to me as I was invited to shoot a wedding in Allahabad.
I decided if I was going to travel roughly 9,000 miles one way, why not make an adventure out of it and go to Kathmandu, Nepal as well! A 2 week journey that had me in Thamel, Bhaktupar, Boudha, Patan, and a remote village called Phulbari in the Kathmandu Valley of Nepal and then on to Allahabad, Varanasi and New Delhi in India. This solo trip was an amazing adventure that tested my endurance and wanderlust attitude, and a chance to witness the crazy chaos of daily life,
the beauty & diversity of the people and the journey of a lifetime in distant lands.

The Caribbean
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to travel by both plane and boat within the Caribbean, from Nassau and Sampson Cay in the Bahamas, to Puerto Rico, the USVI, BVI and St Maarten. It just so happens that The British Virgin Islands have become a "2nd home" to me, in a way. Having family that has lived on Tortola since the 60's, I have had multiple opportunities to travel there and stay for a month at a time to house-sit for friends that I have made, and the time is an amazing experience to take photos, explore and adventure, and to spend time with and get to know the locals. I tend to visit in the dead of the summer when it's least busy, so the beaches are virtually empty and I feel like the island is all mine. The Caribbean in general is a beautiful place filled with stunning views everywhere you look, friendly people, delicious food and inexpensive beer! I'm always planning my next visit while I'm still there....
Europe
My lifelong dream is to someday travel and visit as many countries as possible... I haven't even scratched the surface yet, but I have been fortunate to visit a few places so far. I plan to continue to build on this gallery over the years as my love of architecture, landscapes and history will always drive my wanderlust spirit. My travels so far have had me in England, Germany, The Czech Republic and Austria. Prague has always been a place that I wanted to visit and it did not disappoint; the beauty of the city and the people were magnificent. Vienna was stunning with its' Christmas markets and estates that looked like something out of a fairy tale....or movie. Dresden with its' history and tasty beers and bratwurst. I'm keeping my passport updated.
United State of America
I spent my childhood traveling primarily the East Coast in the backseat of a car, adventuring with my sister and parents. This did two things for me.... 1) A fondness for listening to the same 3 or 4 cassette tapes (even 8-tracks <<gasp>>) while my sister and I acted silly and sang along (when we weren't arguing of course)... and 2) The appreciation of the journey, and not just the destination. Up until college, I had only flown one time, but that quickly increased as my newly found freedom of "adulthood" took over. I have since travelled to the majority of the US (only a few more states to go), lived in 5, driven cross-country and have loved all of it!
